Many times letters are written to companies to share concerns or “areas for improvement” regarding their product, customer service or customer support. This time I write to you for one purpose: to say thank you for your wonderful customer service and support.

Your customer service is professional and courteous and it is very easy to reach a “live person” from your company during the business day and after hours. You always will call back and keep the commitments made to me regarding upgrades, repairs and follow up.
