 Many times letters are written to companies to share concerns or “areas for improvement” regarding their product, customer service or customer support.  This time I write to you for one purpose:  to say thank you for your wonderful customer service and support.

As I start my company, it is important for me to find a company big enough to support my IT directives but small enough to give me the personal touch that sometimes will get lost when dealing with the “big” companies.  Orange County Computer has demonstrated the skill set, knowledge and capability parallel to the larger IT companies that can support my network, laptops, desktops and work stations.

Your customer support is immediate and my problems are solved the first time.  Your customer service is professional and courteous and it is very easy to reach a “live person” from your company during the business day and after hours.  You always will call back and keep the commitments made to me regarding upgrades, repairs and follow up.

Computer Giants has been doing business with Orange County Computer since September of 2005. During that time Orange County Computer has provided exceptional customer service and technical support for our company.On numerous occasions, the productivity of our company was at a stand still and had it not been for the prompt and competent services of Orange County Computer, our company would have been down for much longer. On one occasion, our entire company was offline and required the immediate rebuilding of a server and reinstallation in an outside data storage facility. The problem occurred after hours and Orange County Computer worked through the night to get our company in operable condition before the start of the next business day.

Orange County Computer also helped us to identify Network Server compatibility issues that were unrecognized by other IT Solution Companies. Orange County Computer helped our company move into a new, more efficient operating environment.

Handing my computer over to anyone is scary! I’m a screenwriter and a couple of weeks ago, my 5 year old hard drive crashed. I had a week’s worth of writing that hadn’t been backed up. I was freaking out! I made several calls to repair shops and I just didn’t feel comfortable with anyone I spoke to. Plus, they all were going to take 3 or 4 days just to diagnose the problem! I’m on a deadline and I may have already lost a week’s work! I immediately felt comfortable with the person I talked to on the phone, so I drove over and left my computer with Alex. He explained that I’d probably need a new hard drive and he could probably save 95% of my data. I got a detailed list of prices on everything (very reasonable) and he didn’t talk down to me! By 5pm the next day, I had my computer back – with everything including my writing in tact! AMAZING! And, my computer now runs all the latest updates (without going to Vista) and it runs 10 times faster than before. I can get a few more years out of this computer! Thank you so much. I will recommend you to everyone I know!
